On Apr. 17, ASX said Austraclear service release scheduled to go live.
ASX said Austraclear service release 19 (SR19) is scheduled to go live on Jul. 7.
In addition, ASX published MT300 – AMEND, with respect to MT300 enhancements.
Participant testing will commence on May 7, 2025 and last until May 23, 2025.

Key Enhancements in Service Release 19
Introduces new assured mode cash list report, which will improve visibility of cash settlements processed under assured mode; available in both PDF and CSV formats.
Shows net cash amounts settled during assured mode, eliminate manual reconciliation.
Reports will also be provided in CSV format to support participants’ internal system integration; these include the record date report and linked settlement report.
MT564 messages will support pagination using Tag 28E to comply with SWIFT 10,000-character limit; MT512 HTHL messages will add fields for sub-account, cash record.

Introduces amend functionality to the MT300 foreign exchange confirmation message.
Allows participants to amend SWIFT instruction instead of canceling, resubmitting new message, thus preserving trade history, as well as improving operational efficiency.
Password policy will require 12–32 characters with at least three character types; passwords will expire every 365 days, with reminders starting 14 days prior.
Effectiveness
Austraclear SR19 will be implemented on Jul. 5, 2025 and go live on Jul. 7, 2025.
