DTC issued notice relating to enhancements regarding usability, transparency, flexibility of Credit, municipal, and UIT (CMU) real-time trade monitoring (RTTM) reporting.
Notice
To support improvements and to provide clients with more efficient and automation ready data, DTC will transition from PDF based reports to CSV formatted output.
This change reflects DTC's continued commitment to delivering streamlined, high-quality reporting solutions that better support clients’ operational workflows.
Clients continue to use CMU report center, no changes to navigation or entitlements.
Regular way activity report (Muni), Regular activity report (Corp/UIT) to be merged;
When issued detail transaction report and When issued report will also be merged.
Effectiveness
PSE client testing target is Jun. 29, to Oct. 30, 2026; production target, Nov. 13, 2026.
May 2026 DTC Notice
On May 27, 2026, DTC issued notice to outline the transition of CMU RTTM reporting from PDF to CSV format as part of DTCC’s broader transformation initiatives.
Updated testing dates, PSE testing start date is Jun. 29, 2026, end date is Oct. 3, 2026
The production release has been updated from Nov. 12, 2026 to Oct. 30, 2026.
To support client readiness, updated testing guidelines, including detailed instructions and new report layouts, will be published to the learning center on Jun. 9, 2026.
Clients to review the updated testing timeframe and adjust internal testing plans.
Also, clients to review guidelines and revised report layout upon publication, continue preparing internal systems, downstream processes to support CSV-formatted reporting
Sep. 2026 DTC Optional Testing
On Sep. 14, 2026, DTC issued notice on a new production parallel testing option for PDF to CVS conversion, available from Oct. 2 to Oct. 29, 2026.
This parallel testing is optional and doesn't require attestation.
Testing of the new CSV reports in the PSE environment is required and CMU RTTM testing attestation is due Oct. 2, 2026.
