Thai GVT issued a royal decree on tax exemptions for donations made to charity.
Exemption Amounts
The total deductible tax is double the amount of the donated money or expenses.
For income tax exemptions related to expenses it must not exceed 100% of net profit before deducting expenses for public charity within a single fiscal year.
Income tax exemption for charitable donations must also not exceed THB 100k.
