DEN GVT issued proclamation on DEN FSA's certification of state-authorised auditors.
Applies to state-authorized auditors, including foreign auditors, established in DEN, approved by DEN CRG and elected as signing auditor for banks, cf. S. 5(1)(1)(a) of the Financial Business Act; mortgage credit institutions, cf. S 5(1)(1)(b) of the Financial Business Act; insurance companies, cf. S 9(1)(1) of the Insurance Business Act.,
Order sets out provisions for obtaining two separate certifications covering (1) banks and mortgage-credit institutions, cf. S 5(1)(1)(a) and (b) of the Financial Business Act. and 2) Insurance companies, cf. S 9, subsection 1, no. 1, of Insurance Business Act.
Effectiveness
Order enters into force Jan. 1, 2025 on which date Order 284 of Apr. 18, 2018 on the DEN FSA's certification of state-authorised auditors is repealed.
