It replaces Annex 5C of the 2003 Regulation with the annex to the present regulation.
Re the notification form of the need for 60-minute treatment sessions for a patient with cerebral palsy or an acquired brain injury who has reached their 21st birthday, or for a paraplegic patient, as described in art 7§11 of the healthcare nomenclature.
The regulation enters into force on Nov. 1, 2026.
