Provisions
According to the resolution, it is prohibited to employ workers under the sun and in open places during the prescribed period, in line with international labor standards.
Aimed at enhancing protection of workers from occupational diseases and injuries during this period of high temperatures and increased humidity.
Violations punishable by imprisonment for a period not exceeding three months, and/or a fine of not less than 500 dinars and not more than 1000 dinars.
BHR MoL has allocated a phone number for community members to communicate in case they detect any observations or violations during the noon work ban period.

Resolution effective from Jun. 15 to Sep. 15, 2025, from 12 noon to 4 pm.
