RUS CB published methodological recommendation 4-MR establishing criteria for a significant deviation in the demand for and supply of securities.
The guide is for trade organizers whose trades operations with securities are carried out, when establishing criteria for significant deviation in demand/supply of securities.
Effectiveness
The recommendations are effective from May 12, 2025 and from the date of entry into force guidance 4-MR on demand/supply of securities is invalid, see rule #164555.
