PHI SEC Cebu extension office issued reminder to corporations that intend to apply for an increase in authorized capital stock to send the application in by Nov. 23, 2023.
To ensure the procession and approval of the application within the year.
Applications submitted thereafter will still be processed but may not be prioritized.
Oct. 2024 Deadline for 2024
On Oct. 17, 2024, PHI SEC announced that all corporations that intend to apply for an increase in authorized capital stock must do so before the Nov. 22, 2024, deadline.
This is to ensure that processing and approval of the aforesaid application will be approved within the year, assuming all documentary requirements are complied with.
Applications submitted thereafter will still be processed but may not be prioritized.
