Summary
MACCs version 2.0 details the entire process from eligibility to system access, required application forms, features/functionality, procedures, backups and user instructions.
All credit claims with contracts governed by German law can be submitted in MACCs.
This is regardless of debtor domicile; general terms and conditions of GE Bundesbank and others (particularly Bonitäts-Bedingungen1, MACCs and GE Bundesbank ExtraNet) as last amended, apply along with any supplementary special terms and conditions.
Claims governed by another Euro area country’s legal system can be submitted via MACCs if GE Bundesbank has a bilateral agreement with the national central bank.
Dec. 2023 Promissory Note MACCS Forms
On Dec. 18, 2023, GE Bundesbank published three Promissory Note Loan forms for the new Mobilisation and administration of credit claims documentation system (MACCS).
The forms are the Update Credit Claim Or Update Promissory Note Loan Backup Form, as well as Submission Of Credit Claim With Joint And Several Liability Or Promissory Note Loan With Joint And Several Liability Backup Form, both related to the MACCS.
Also the Submission Of Credit Claim Or Promissory Note Loan Backup Form for MACCS.
These forms are for immediate use as part of current MACCS reporting requirements.
