CLB SFC issued Bulletin 751, which includes External Circular 001 re contributions of Art. 337, numeral 5 of Organic Statute of the Financial System for first half of 2025.
Highlights
The total assessment of de $220,594,364,576.00 pesos covers the first half of 2025.
Also, the value of the contribution for the first half results from applying the factor of 0.00016155 to the value of the assets recorded by each of the supervised entities.
Effectiveness
CLB SFC will notify each entity of its share, which must be paid by Feb. 25, 2025.
