Purpose and Scope
HUN EXC is market operator of BETa market operated as multilateral trading facility.
Under name: BETA Market to improve secondary market liquidity of traded financial instruments, to ensure market maker agreements and pricing activity are predictable.
But also that certain conditions are met by developed incentive schemes.
Rules determine price of quotations on Exchange BETa Market (MIC: BETA); terms and conditions of activity, conclusion of the Traders' Quotation Agreement, obligations.
Quotation special circumstances, obligation for market makers re various incentives to help provide liquidity, penalties for non-compliance with market maker agreement.
Various other aspects provided covering e.g. general rules for quotation activity and minimum standards; market maker incentive schemes; fee refund rules, etc.

Update made by way of updated consolidated text of resolution 456/2017 of HUN EXC CEO integrating changes which include amendments made by other CEO resolutions.
Resolutions 68/2018, 279/2018, 425/2018, 83/2019, 372/2019, 392/2019, 148/2020, 4/BETa/2020, 1/BETa/2021, 3/BETa/2021 and 1/BETa/2022 of the CEO of HUN EXC.
The updated resolution is in force on Feb. 9, 2022.

On Apr. 29, 2022, HUN EXC issued updated marking making regs for BETa market.
Update to regs made by way of updated consolidated text of res 456/2017 of the HUN EXC CEO, integrating changes including amendments made by other CEO resolutions.
Both updates will enter into force on Mar. 9, 2023.
