Reduces the number of employees a person may employ from 15 to 5 before being considered an employer subject to the Utah antidiscrimination act for employment.
For application of Utah antidiscrimination act, amends definition of sexual harassment to include any act prohibited under 42 USC 2000e or UTA LEG 34A-5-106(1)(a)(i).
