Follows GRE HBA Nov; 2024 reminded that Law 5160 was published in OG, #230516.
Main Points
Extension of deadlines for submitting data by the key and significant entities of art 4 of Law 5160/2024 for their registration in the list of the National Cybersecurity Authority.
These entities include banks, according to Annex I of Law 5160/2024.
Effectiveness
Data must be submitted until May 30, 2025.
