UK Lloyds appointed Alexandra Cliff as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as of May 1, 2025.

CFO Appointment
From Nov. 2022, Alex Cliff joined UK Lloyds, and serves on the Executive Committee.
New CFO has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, having held senior finance roles in insurance and broking firms such as Direct Line Group, among others.
A chartered accountant, Alex Cliff spent eight years at PwC in London and the US.
Lloyds' new CFO will succeed Burkhard Keese, who leaves UK Lloyds to focus on investment in the German insurance market, but Burkhard will remain with UK Lloyds.
Specifically, Burkhard will remain a strategic advisor to UK Lloyds and will concentrate on the development of the risk transfer vehicle London Bridge Two.
