Rule Summary
Clarifies ability to delay or correct final settlement prices on Nodal Contracts in the event of delays or errors in the pricing of the relevant index or other settlement value.
Provides market participants better hedging certainty in event of pricing delays/errors.
Effectiveness
Nodal intends to implement the new Nodal Rule 4.10.6 on Mar. 4, 2025.
