Summary
The ordinance updates ord 5154-U to align with updated requirements on the absence of a criminal record for management members and officials of trading organizers.
Also, the amendments unify the wording of the requirement that these individuals must not have an unspent or unexpunged criminal record for intentional crimes.
Previously, it was only required to confirm absence of a record for economic crimes.
Effectiveness
Comments and feedback are expected by Sep. 23, 2024 and the ord is expected to enter into force on Mar. 1, 2025.
