On Mar. 24, RUS CB updated list of officials authorized to issue protocols
RUS CB published ord 6996-U on amendments to clause 1 of ordinance 6210-U on the list of RUS CB officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses.
Follows RUS CB Sep. 2022 list of officials allowed to issue protocols, see #147586.
The published ordinance clarifies which violations of the procedure for the formation, placement as well as the execution of state defense orders may be reported.
Also, employees of the Department of Financial Monitoring and Currency Control have been excluded from the list of officials of RUS CB authorized to draw up protocols.
