  • UK DSIT issued details of application page for Cyber Local projects to grow sector.
  • Cyber Local 2025-2026 open to UK registered organizations to apply for share of up to £1.8m to target growth of cyber security sector, development of cyber security skills.
  • Follows UK DSIT Jan. 2025 reported on plan for cyber defense projects, see #239528.
  • Eligibility
  • Project must: have a grant funding request between £25,000 and £150,000.
  • Last between three months and six months; carry out its project work in the UK.
  • Intend to exploit the results from or in the UK; not start before Sep. 1, 2025.
  • Must end by Mar. 31, 2026, and have endorsement of area steering group.
  • Application Period
  • Application period open until Apr. 30, 2025.
