On Feb. 13, EC issued Reg 2025/299 on continuity of services in OJ.

  • EC issued Reg 2025/299 supplementing Reg 2023/1114 on regulatory technical standards on continuity and regularity in the performance of crypto-asset services.
  • Follows EU CMSN Nov. 2024 issued adopted RTS of Oct. 31, 2024, on continuity and regularity in the performance of crypto-asset services (C(2024)7523), see #187045.
