FIN Tax confirmed corporate taxpayers whose accounting period ended Dec. 2024 are due to file their tax returns by Apr. 30, 2025, including all limited liability companies, real estate firms, associations, foundations, municipalities, and foreign corporations.
The instructions for filing a tax return are provided by corporate type, as well as some guidance on in which situations a specific corporation does need to file a tax return.
Tax returns and attachments are filed in MyTax, or they can be sent as a file, via email.
Effectiveness
All of the relevant tax returns for various corporations must be filed by Apr. 30, 2025.
