RUS CB proposed ord amending ord 5884-U on resistance, replacement and receipt of a duplicate license to carry out insurance activities by subjects of insurance business with explanatory note.
Follows RUS CB Nov. 2025 issued rules on issuing duplicate licenses, see #119764.
Proposals
The ord expands required documents for mutual insurance companies in line with law 256-FZ on mutual insurance companies entering into force on Sep. 1, 2025, #221831.
It introduces changes to licensing for compulsory health insurance in line with law 552-FZ on compulsory health insurance entering into force on Sep. 1, 2025, see #238836.
The ord updates references to regulations concerning interactions with insurance entities for submitting documents electronically and aligns references to regulations defining the list of documents confirming compliance with capital requirements.
