On Oct. 22, SBA made economic injury loans available WY drought.

  • SBA made Economic injury disaster loans (EIDLs) available to Wyoming small businesses to offset losses due to reduced revenues from drought starting Aug. 20.
  • Relief Provided
  • Small nonfarm businesses, agricultural cooperatives, businesses engaged in aquaculture and most private nonprofits may qualify for low-interest EIDLs.
  • EIDLs of up to $2 million are available to help meet financial obligations and operating expenses which could have been met by borrower had the disaster not occurred.
  • As of Oct. 15, 2024, funds for EIDLs had been fully expended; though loans cannot be funded until additional funding is granted, applications are still being accepted.
  • Application Deadline
  • The deadline for submitting a completed EIDL application to SBA is Jun. 16, 2025.
