Allows a claimant for workers' compensation benefits to refuse an offer of modified employment if it requires driving to and from work and physician restricted driving.
Adds loss of an ear to body part list for whole person permanent impairment benefits.
Increases the limitations on the amount of money claimed based on impairment rating
The increase limit claimed for impairment rating of 19% or less, from $75,00 to $185,000; for an impairment rating greater than 19%, from $150,000 to $300,00.
Requires workers' compensation insurer to pay benefits by direct deposit upon request.
