UKRN CB Inclusivity for Non-Banks

  • Provides for requirements to ensure physical and informational accessibility of financial service providers' premises for persons with disabilities and other low-mobility groups.
  • Taking into account the rules for inclusive financial services defined by UKRN CB.
  • Service providers will identify at least 50% of inclusive separate subdivisions in every region; inform about location, contact numbers, opening hours on their website, etc.
  • As a reminder, banks are required to ensure at least 50% of regional branches provide physical/info accessibility by Jan. 1, 2025, to foster an inclusive space, see #221037.
  • For every Ukrainian citizen, including war veterans, people with disabilities, the elderly.

  • Comments and suggestions to the draft will be accepted until Sep. 30, 2024 inclusive.
  • Oct. 2024 Update
  • On Oct. 22, 2024, UKRN CB obliged financial service providers and financial payment service providers to ensure physical and informational accessibility of at least 50% of their separate units in each region for people with disabilities by Mar. 31, 2025.
  • The changes are approved by resolution 127 which is in force from Jan. 1, 2025.
