Facilitating Payments
Approves regulation of Title II Law 27.802, establishing Labor Assistance Funds (FAL).
Applies mainly to private employers, defining eligible entities, registered workers, investment structures, and conditions required to access fund coverage benefits.
Funds must operate through ARG CNV authorized collective investment vehicles, ensuring asset segregation, supervision, and transparent administration.
Contributions are declared, paid through ARG Tax, creating individual employer accounts, with strict procedures for validation, payment, and transfer of indemnities.
Investment policies restrict assets to domestic instruments, promoting local economic development; regulates portability, contribution suspension, registration, compliance.
The Decree enters into effect on Nov. 1, 2026; additional regulations required within 45 business days after publication of the Decree on Jun. 1, 2026.
