Highlights
Operational changes aim to comply with BRZ CB Instruction 520 of Sep. 6, 2024.
Included new fields in registry and changes to Rural product certificate (CPR) registry.
Additionally, there are new files to indicate and reconcile compliance with the enforceability for CPR, Certificate of accounts receivable for agribusiness (CRA).
Certificate of credit rights for agribusiness (CDCA), and Agricultural deposit certificate (CDA)/ (Agricultural warrant) WA, which will be eventually enabled and disclosed.
The objective will be to indicate the balance of the respective credit titles and use.
Comply with duties to direct resources to rural credit, in Rural Credit Manual (MCR).

Nov. 22, 2024 BVMF Postponement
On Nov. 22, 2024, BVMF published External Communication 049/2024-VPC to report the postponement of operational changes due to BRZ CB Instruction 552, #225273.
Adjustments include provisions in Communications 040/2024-VPC and 045/2024-VPC.
Changes postponed to Apr. 2, 2025, adjustments will be available as of Jan. 1, 2025.
Feb. 2025 BVMF Platform Implementation
On Feb. 13, 2025, BVMF reported implementation of NoMe Platform for Mar. 10, 2025.
Feb. 18, 2025 BVMF Platform Operations
On Feb. 18, 2025, BVMF issued External Communication 005/2025-VPC to report that the operational changes regarding NoMe platform has been postponed to Apr. 2, 2025.
Adjustments are available for testing in a certification environment, and two new fields Issuer Legal Nature and ZIP Code will be available at end of DRESUMOEMIS-CPR file.
