On May 8, 2025, Eurex, GE DBoerse reminded about ETI Password Encryption changes that will be implemented with the launch of the T7 Release 13.1 on May 19, 2025.
For T7 Release 13.1 production start, a new public key for ETI password encryption will be created, with sequence number 3, making key with sequence number 1 obsolete.
From May 19, 2025, sessions using sequence number 1 will not be able to login, no trading possible; for smooth transition to T7 Release 13.1 in production, urged migrating to key with sequence number 2 immediately before T7 Release 13.1 launch.
Password encryption only required in Equinix co-location facility for production environment; encryption must be done using GE DBoerse's public RSA key.
Public RSA key with sequence number 3 will be published on May 17, 2025.

On Mar. 25, 2025, GE DBoerse, Eurex issued Cash Market Readiness Newsflash on T7 Release 13.1 simulation, production and New public key for ETI Password Encryption.
Reminds Xetra, Börse Frankfurt Participants of creation of a new public ETI key for ETI password encryption; with go-live of T7 Release 13.1 simulation on Mar. 31, production on May 19, 2025, a new public key for ETI password encryption will be created.
This key will have sequence number 3, making key with sequence number 1 obsolete.
To ensure smooth transition strongly recommends migrating to the key with sequence number 2 immediately; logon with key with sequence number 1 will no longer be possible once the key with sequence number 3 is created; further details provided.
All Trading Participants are advised to use the latest public key sent with the session response for ETI password encryption at any time.
Apr. 2025 T7 Release 13.1 Readiness Statement
On Apr. 22, 2025, GE DBoerse, Eurex issued Readiness Statement submission details, required prior to launch of T7 Release 13.1; submission requested by May 9, 2025.
Apr. 28, 2025 T7 Release 13.1 Production Start
On Apr. 28, 2025, GE DBoerse and Eurex published circulars announcing that GE DBoerse will launch Release 13.1 of the T7 trading system on May 19, 2025.
Support window for T7 Release 13.1 takes place on May 17, 2025, 15:00-18:00 CEST.
Connectivity testing during the support window is strongly recommended.

In a related newsflash, Eurex reported change to publication of complex instruments via RDF (Reference Data File) and RDI (Reference Data Interface) with T7 Release 13.1.
The change was introduced in T7 Simulation environment on Mar. 31, 2025 and will be implemented in the T7 Production environment starting May 19, 2025.

Apr. 29, 2025 T7 Functionality Activations After Release
On Apr. 29, 2025, Eurex reported certain functionalities will be activated in production environment after official T7 Release 13.1 release date scheduled for May 19, 2025.
Delta-Neutral Total Return Futures: simulation already activated; production is expected on Jun. 16, 2025; Support of Average Price Notation for Packs & Bundles and Strips: simulation is already activated; production is expected on Jun. 9, 2025.
Adaptions to Pre-Trade Risk Limits for Options: simulation already activated for all options products; production immediately effective with release launch - only applies to Single Stock options since only these options are supporting on-book PTR limits.
Adaptions of Excessive System Usage (ESU) Limits: simulation already activated; production - currently no activation date planned, will be communicated separately.
Removal of Off-book Trade Validation to prevent Self-Execution of same Beneficiary Owner: simulation is already activated; production is scheduled for May 26, 2025.
