Reproductive Health Discrimination
Bill declares it a public policy for residents to be free from unlawful discrimination in making reproductive health decisions and that such discrimination is unlawful.
In connection with employment, real estate transactions, access to financial credit.
Defined reproductive health decisions as person's decisions re contraception, fertility or sterilization care, assisted reproductive technologies, miscarriage management care.
Also healthcare decisions related to pregnancy, prenatal, intranatal, or postnatal care.
