MEX GVT proposed Agreement setting actions for simplification and regulatory improvement of procedures before the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP).
Established the Single Format for specified procedures derived from elimination of duties indicated in Agreement, included as Annex I, Annex II, Annex III, and Annex IV.
Highlights
Implement improvement actions to modernize, simplify procedures conducted before the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit through MEX FIU, Tax Administration Service.
Procedure related to the filing of notices and reports under the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Illicit Proceeds (LFPIORPI).
The improvement actions are being implemented by merging the specified procedures.
It does not imply any change or modification to deadlines, electronic means, or official formats that must be submitted per provisions of the LFPIORPI, secondary regulations.
Effectiveness
Final Agreement shall enter into force 30 business days after its official publication.
