KRX proposed revising Detailed regulations on market surveillance, to improve criteria for imposing penalties, following launch of night-time trading in the derivatives market.
Follows KRX Apr. 2025 press release re introduction of night trading system, #249103.
Outline of Revisions
The date standard for additional imposition of summary penalties related to derivatives market and the date standard for violations will be the same as the trading day.
Revised the membership penalty imposition notification form in order to reflect the penalty rate for non-payment of membership fees which is reduced to 6% per annum.
Consultation Period
Comments shall be submitted by May 7, 2025.
