SK MOHW revised the Public notification on the criteria for providing long-term care benefits and methods for calculating benefits, re criteria for long-term care benefits.
Revisions include allowing provision of additional benefits equivalent to a certain portion of monthly limit amount for long-term care beneficiaries by grade; SK NHIS shall determine specific details like criteria for calculating the additional monthly limit.
Effectiveness
The revised notification is deemed effective from Feb. 11, 2025, except the revision re monthly limit and calculation criteria for home care benefits is valid from Mar. 1, 2025.
