SBA made Economic injury disaster loans (EIDLs) working capital loans available to certain small businesses in Wyoming due to drought that began on Jul. 30, 2024.
Eligibility
These loans offset economic losses because of reduced revenues caused by drought.
Primary Wyoming counties eligible for the EIDL working capital loans are Goshen, Platte, Sheridan, Albany, Big Horn, Campbell, Converse, Johnson, Laramie, Niobrara
Neighboring Montana counties are Big Horn Powder River, Banner, Scotts Bluff, Sioux.
Small nonfarm businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, small businesses engaged in aquaculture and most private nonprofit organizations of any size may qualify.
EIDL up to $2 million to help meet financial obligations and operating expenses.
Application Deadline
The deadline to apply for economic injury is May 23, 2025.
