  • These loans offset economic losses because of reduced revenues caused by drought.
  • Primary Wyoming counties eligible for the EIDL working capital loans are Goshen, Platte, Sheridan, Albany, Big Horn, Campbell, Converse, Johnson, Laramie, Niobrara
  • Neighboring Montana counties are Big Horn Powder River, Banner, Scotts Bluff, Sioux.
  • Small nonfarm businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, small businesses engaged in aquaculture and most private nonprofit organizations of any size may qualify.
