ARG CB issued Circular RUNOR 1-1881, Communication A 8186 re monthly reporting.
Specifically with regards to reporting of information on financing with credit cards.
Highlights
Com A 8186 informed with respect to modifications in the design of Form 3209.
Extended the length of field 5 Amount, and reduced length of field 7 Unused.
These modifications will apply to the presentations corresponding to the period Dec. 2024 and thereafter, which are made as of the issuance of Com A 8186.
ARG CB attached updated regulatory text incorporating the aforementioned changes.
Effectiveness
Communication A 8186 becomes effective on Jan. 28, 2025.

On Feb. 12, 2025, ARG CB issued Circular CONAU 1-1663, Communication A 8193 re changes to data system as result of Com A 8067 and 8159, see #204677, #213268.
Communication A 8193 shall become effective beginning on Feb. 13, 2025.

Changes re minimum cash, methodology for calculating the contribution to Deposit Guarantee Fund, transitional provisions are effective for information as of Jan. 2025.
Feb. 13, 2025 ARG CB Update
On Feb. 13, 2025, ARG CB issued Circular CONAU 1-1665, Communication A 8196 to distribute updated regulatory text based on Com. A 8068 for effect Mar. 2025.
Circular RUNOR 1-1884, Communication A 8197 distribute updated regulatory text based on Communication A 8196 regarding Section 5. Presentation of Information.
Debits corresponding to the cut-off after the expiration of the first reporting period corresponding to entry into force of these modifications will be exempt from accrual.
Communications A 8196 and A 8197 shall come into force on Mar. 1, 2025.
