In order to mitigate the effects of Covid-19, ARG GVT established the allocation of supplementary wage for workers in relation to dependence on the private sector.
General Resolution 5.035 and its amendments established mechanism for refunding the funds received as supplementary wage through declaring the expiry of the benefit.
Determined that the voluntary refund of the benefit of assigning the supplementary wage provided for Decree 332/20 could be made up to and including Dec.31, 2021.
The original deadline was extended by General Resolution 5,128 until Dec. 31, 2022, and then was extended again by General Resolution 5,311 until Dec. 31, 2023.
In view of the experience collected and the number of cases that are still being processed, it is considered necessary to extend deadline until Dec. 31, 2024, inclusive.

Provisions enter into force on the day of publication in the Official Gazette.
