  • On Sep. 3, 2026, ARG CB issued Circular RUNOR 1-1970, Communication A 8474, updating regulations on authorized signatures before ARG CB for financial institutions.

  • ARG CB issued Communication B 12616 re regulation of signature certification service.

  • ARG CB will formalize how current account management will certify the signatures of appointed officers related to guarantees, endorsements and other types of documents.
  • The signature certification process will be carried out by appointment, and must email the documents to be certified along with ID number, name, email and phone number.
  • The original document must be submitted since original signature must be certified.
  • Details provided by signatory will be reviewed for verification, if approved, payment account details will be released and must be paid before certification can be released.
  • If details regarding certification and signature are rejected, ARG CB will notify by email

  • On Mar. 27, 2026, ARG CB issued Communication A 8414, updating regulations on authorized signatures before ARG CB for financial institutions and related entities.
  • Standardizes registration, modification, and control procedures for individuals authorized to operate accounts held at the ARG CB.
  • Establishes detailed requirements for Form 2570, including signature identification, usage modalities, certification authorities, and mandatory notarial validation.
  • It regulates presentation procedures, documentation, confidentiality obligations, and immediate reporting of changes to authorized signatories by regulated entities.
  • Also governs digital signature books and the ARG CB signature certification service, strengthening operational security and financial system integrity.
