  • On Jan. 14, 2025, ROM ADR announced the completion of the eligibility assessment process for approximately 1300 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

On Dec. 5, ROM ADR reported launch of the digital4all.gov.ro platform.

  • ROM ADR reported the launch of the digital4all.gov.ro platform to support SMEs.
  • Follows ROM ADR Aug. 2024, extended deadline, extra data submission, see #224388.
  • Digital4all Supporting SMEs
  • New platform will support SMEs in training in the field of digital skills, such as the use of digital tools and equipment, strengthening digital skills, and cloud technologies.
  • Also technologies specific to industry 4.0, an initiative via PNRR/C7/Investment 19.
  • Known as Investment 19, Component 7 National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).
  • Digital4all platform continues the efforts initiated within the project application, via which support requests were submitted, and dedicated to achieving certain stages.
  • These stages include continuing the process of assessing the eligibility and selecting registered SMEs, according to first come, first served principle.
  • Initiative also includes signing support contracts for eligible SMEs, and carrying out training activities and assessing the skills acquired by employees in SMEs.
  • Important to note that registration for training activities will be carried out only after signing the support contract, and dedicated accounts have been created on Digital4all.
  • Dedicated accounts on the platform will be for all SMEs registered in the project.
  • In this context, the continuation of the evaluation and selection process requires the validation of these accounts by the SMEs, according to instructions sent by email.
  • Launch of Digital4all means all official communications will be made via new platform.
