The Act on Workplace Certificates and Supervision of Workplaces, 42/2010.
Amendments to Labor Laws
Affected provisions relate to new co-operation committee on measures against criminal activity in the labor market, and provisions on working environment, health and safety.
Includes obligations of foreign service providers on posting workers, and protections.
Effectiveness
Act 105/2024 is in force on Jan. 1, 2025.
