Form must be completed in English, report data in euro rounded to nearest unit.
Effectiveness
Form must be successfully submitted electronically via CYP SEC’s Transaction Reporting System (TRS) by Jan. 31, 2025; failure to promptly comply will bear administrative penalties; CYP SEC will not send reminders to those who fail to comply promptly.
Mar. 2025 QST-MC Version 23
On Mar. 26, 2025, CYP SEC issued circular E693 containing form QST-MC version 23.
Form must be completed/submitted to CYP SEC by all Regulated Entities authorized or appointed to act as External Managers by Mar. 31, 2025 including those authorized or appointed as such by Mar. 31, 2025, but have not made use of their authorization.
The Form must be successfully submitted electronically via TRS by Apr. 30, 2025.
Queries on the completion of Form QST-MC must be submitted before Apr. 25, 2025.
Form QST-MC Version 23 must be completed/submitted to CYP SEC by all Regulated Entities authorized or appointed to act as External Managers by Jun. 30, 2025.
Includes those authorized/appointed by Jun. 30, 2025 but not used their authorization.
