Bill Provisions
With exceptions, all health benefit plans must cover oocyte and sperm preservation services when medically needed treatment may cause iatrogenic infertility to insured.
Coverage includes evaluation expenses; laboratory assessments; medications; treat-ment associated with procedures, e.g. obtaining, freezing, storing gametes for 1 year.
