CZC PRL adopted 2 regulations regarding increase on special pensions' contributions.
Regulation 283/2024 coll.
CZC PRL adopted Reg 283/2024 coll. of Sep. 18, 2024, on the increase in pension supplements in 2025 by 0.6% for special pensions contributions, i.e. a one-off sum.
To pension beneficiaries of Reg 622/2004 Coll., on the provision of a pension supplement to mitigate injustices caused by the communist regime in the social field.
And pursuant to Act No 357/2005 Coll., on awarding participants in the national struggle for the creation and liberation of Czechoslovakia and some of their survivors.
Regulation 284/2024 coll.
CZC PRL adopted Reg 284/2024 coll. of Sep. 18, 2024, on increase of special pension contribution, so that it amounts to CZK 2,985 for beneficiaries, CZK 1,493 for widows.
The special pension contribution, which was awarded from a date falling within the period before Jan. 1, 2025, follows new amounts from installments due after Dec. 31.
Effectiveness
Both regulations enter into force on Jan. 1, 2025.
