RUS CB proposed ord on the list, forms and procedure for compiling and submitting reports of liquidated credit institutions to RUS CB developed per law 86-FZ on RUS CB.
Summary
The ordinance will replace ordinance 4395-U on the list, forms and procedure for compiling and submitting reports of liquidated credit institutions RUS CB.
And the new ord will of credit institutions, accounting for the accumulated experience.
It establishes reporting in the form 0409359 information on the formation of the bankruptcy estate, on results of the inventory and valuation of property (assets).
As well as in the form 0409362 information on the claim work are set out in new editions, additional information is included in reporting on other forms.
The ord also accounts for changes made to the chart of accounts for credit institutions.
Effectiveness
Comments and feedback are expected by Apr. 10, 2023 and is expected to enter into force on Jan. 1, 2023.
Mey 2024 Ordinance Published
On May 6, 2024, RUS CB published ordinance 6614-U on the list, forms and procedure for compiling and submitting reports of liquidated credit institutions to RUS CB developed per law 86-FZ on RUS CB in force from Jan. 1, 2025.
