Provisions
Amends ALSK LEG 23.30.005(h) technical amendments, also requires stay-at-work benefits report by Oct. 1, providing numbers and costs of program for beneficiaries.
Amendments ALSK LEG 23.30.041(c) giving employee ten days to notify employer of decision to participate in reemployment benefits process or stay-at-work program.
Amends provisions regarding the content and structure of reemployment plans.
ALSK LEG 23.30 is amended adding new section 118 to exclude mental injury from work-related stress as presumptively eligible for PTSD workers' compensation.
