CYP SEC issued information on annual financial entities (CIF) subscriptions for 2024.
Overview
CYP SEC announced Form 87-03-01 (Calculation of annual subscription) was revised to include annual subscriptions for 2024 and is published on its website (87-03-01).
CIFs must use the revised Form 87-03- 01 for calculation of their annual subscription.
To calculate their annual subscription, CIFs must complete grey boxes in fields 1.5 – 1.7 of Form 87-03-01, following instructions provided in the form.
When submitting it, CIFs should attach, as annexes, extract of their audited financial statements for 2024, with total turnover, proof of payment of annual subscription.
Effectiveness
Completed, duly signed must be submitted electronically, via online portal, within 4 months from end of each financial year i.e. by Apr. 30, together with proof of payment.
