NOR DFD and the main associations in the state agreed on a new Special Agreement for Apprentices and Apprenticeship Candidates in a meeting on Mar. 20, 2025.
Compared to the current framework, the new agreement provides for adjustments re overtime, salary during illness, maternity and adoption leave, death/injury benefits.
Effectiveness
The agreement is effective from May 1, 2024 and lasts until Apr. 30, 2026.
