Data Call Amendments
Special schedule W data call updated to remove requirement to report on sections 9740 and 9741 of Part A, Parts B-E; reporting only includes sections -5 of Part A.
Continue to experience delays in receiving Schedule W reports; late reporting creates challenges to timely determining appropriate assessment for previously listed funds.
Effectiveness
Data call information due mid-April each year, typically Apr. 15, unless Apr. 15 falls on a weekend, in which case the due date is extended to Monday immediately following.
