UK GVT Department for Culture, Media and Sport issued Gambling Act 2005 (Operating Licence Conditions) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 (StIn 2025/215).

Amendment Regulation
Regulations make amendments to Gambling Act 2005 (Operating Licence Conditions) Regulations 2007 (StIn 2007/2257) to specify a condition attached to all remote casino operating licenses issued under Part 5, Gambling Act 2005.
Reg 2 amends the 2007 Regulations to insert regulations 5 to 7 into 2007 Regs.
Reg 5 attaches condition to remote casino operating licenses re online slots games.
Condition specifies maximum amounts which may be staked by an individual in relation to any game cycle for online slots games: vary according to age of individual.
Effectiveness
Regulations come into force on Apr. 9, 2025; extend to England, Wales and Scotland.
