Employers permitted to require of employee returning to work after period of medical leave a certification from health care provider that employee is able to resume work.
Clarifies qualifying purposes for paid leave constitute permissible uses for sick leave.
Exempts certain flight crew employees from eligibility requirements for unpaid leave.
