On Dec. 4, HUN CB issued money/credit market firm submission rules.
HUN CB issued Decree 55/2024 (XII. 3) on data provision obligations to be fulfilled by the central bank information system for supervision of money and credit market firms.
Follows HUN CB Dec. 2024, issued data submission obligation decree, see #235965.
Summary
Applies to credit institutions, financial enterprise, intermediaries, with the exception of multiple agents that mediate loans and credit facilities provided to private individuals.
Also applies to agents and brokers; electronic money issuers; payment institutions; postal settlement center; EU or EEA branches of such institutions, tax administration.
Supervisory reports to be submitted as per reg 2021/451, reg 2021/453, reg 2021/897 in electronic format specified via electronic system for reception of authenticated data.
Effectiveness
Section 20 and annexes 22-27 enter into force on Apr. 1, 2025.
The remainder of the regulation enters into force on Jan. 1, 2025.
