On Sep. 30, ICE FEU issued notification on annual return member deadline.
ICE FEU issued a notification to members via circular 26/156 in relation to completing and submitting annual member returns via the member portal by Oct. 30, 2026.
Follows ICE FEU Sep. 2025 notified members of annual return deadline, see #268518.
Summary
Membership provisions set out in Section B of the exchange regulations require Members to always satisfy the membership criteria contained in rule B.3.
Annual member returns must be completed in line with rule B.5.1(c).
Members who have not received details about the ICE FEU member portal should contact them without delay as should members who have annual member return questions.
Disciplinary action may be initiated or termination of membership imposed on members who fail to comply with the annual member returns deadline.
Effectiveness
Member returns must be completed and submitted by Oct. 30, 2026.
