Establish a legal framework for operation of a commodity trading system of a trade organizer, which provides services for organized trading on commodity market on basis of a trading system license and trading volume does not exceed that set by RUS CB.
Trade organizers are granted the right to calculate indicators, including prices, indices, other indicators based on information on contracts concluded on the organized market.
